The group have been asked by my Department to submit tenders for labour and materials. I cannot say at this stage when it will be possible to issue a certificate of approval to the group.

The Fuerty group have been asked to submit a revised design for the scheme, and this is now awaited in my Department. I cannot say, at this stage, when it will be possible to issue approval to the scheme.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply to Question No. 314 of 30 November 1983. There has been no change in the position.

My Department on the 18 January 1984 requested the scheme trustees to furnish further information. As soon as this information is received the allocation of grants for the scheme will be considered.

The proposal has been examined by my Department's inspector and the group will shortly be advised to seek tenders. I cannot say at this stage when it will be possible to issue a certificate of approval to the group.

The group have been requested by my Department to clarify some matters relating to applications for grants. On clarification of these matters the group will be advised to obtain tenders for the construction of the scheme. I cannot say at this stage when it will be possible to issue approval to the scheme.
