In so far as the electrical goods manufacturing industry is concerned, this sector of industry is eligible for the normal range of financial assistance provided by the State, including IDA grants. However, in so far as the distribution and sale of electrical goods is concerned, firms in this area are not eligible for State assistance other than ICC loan facilities.
