I assume that the Deputy's question refers to a licence under the Foreshore Act, 1933, which was granted to Galway Corporation on 17 November 1978 to lay a sewage outfall pipe on the foreshore between South Park, Galway city and Mutton Island. It is not the practice to disclose particulars of the conditions attaching to licences without the consent of the licensees. The Deputy might approach Galway Corporation directly about this.
As the proposed pipeline has not yet been installed the question of compliance with the conditions of the licence does not arise.
