Revised contract documents for the scheme were submitted to my Department on 25 September 1978. The question of approval to the contract documents must, however, be considered in the context of the capital available for sanitary services and the large number of fully approved schemes in progress or getting to construction for which adequate finance must be provided. In the circumstances I cannot say at this stage when I will be in a position to convey a decision on the Rosmuck scheme to the local authority.
