Because of the special circumstances of this case the health board found it necessary to obtain medical advice from an outside authority. This advice has not yet been received but when it is received a final decision will be made at an early date.
This lady has been in receipt of a supplementary welfare allowance since her disabled person's maintenance allowance was withdrawn.
