A grant has been sanctioned towards the cost of improvements to the playspace of Dore national school, County Donegal and it is understood from the Commissioners of Public Works that the school authorities have been asked to obtain tenders for the work.
The school authorities have also been asked to obtain tenders for furniture and a grant will be sanctioned when the cost is known. It is not the practice of my Department to disclose the amount of grant approved in individual cases, such information being regarded as confidential as between the school authorities and the Department.
