There is no record in my Department of a scheme at Knockanean. There is, however, a proposed scheme at Knockanes to which the Deputy's question may refer.
A survey sheet for a group water scheme to serve six houses at Knockanes using a local well as the source has been received in my Department. The group must however, carry out quality and quantity tests on the proposed source before my Department's technical evaluation of the proposal can be completed. In these circumstances it is not possible at this stage to say when further progress can be made with the scheme.
