asked the Minister for Education if she will specify the post primary schools in west Tallaght, County Dublin, giving the pupil capacity of each school; the projected number of pupils who will be seeking entry to post primary education, in the area in 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1990; how it is intended to accommodate such pupils; and the number of places that will be available for them.

Details of the two post-primary schools at present in operation in the west Tallaght area together with the estimated numbers of pupils due to leave primary schools in this area in the period 1985 to 1990 are shown in the tabular statement which follows.
Another post-primary school (Brook-field community school) will open next September. It will be accommodated in the Killinarden community school building until its own building (1,000 pupil places) is ready for occupation in the following September.
A further 1,000 pupil school is scheduled for Jobstown. When all four schools are in operation there will be a combined 960 intake places available in the general area.
