I am informed that the Industrial Development Authority is vigorously promoting the 7,200 sq. ft. private finance factory at Ennis Road, Gort, County Galway, for suitable industrial projects. In addition the IDA has 22 acres of land available in the town.
A number of industrialists visited the factory in 1983 but no firm proposals have emerged to date.
