asked the Minister for the Environment the present position in regard to the referral of a motion under section 4 of the City and County Management Act passed by Galway County Council directing the manager to take over sewage treatment plants at Beachgrove and Clonarkin Drive; and if he will recommend as a matter of urgency that these plants be taken over by the county council.
