The grant will be paid shortly in this case. Payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be made when the claim form is received duly certified.

A grant cannot be paid in this case until an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and complies with all the other conditions of the grant scheme. An inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
