I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that two claims to repayment of value-added tax were received from the firm concerned and were repaid on 26 January 1984 and 15 February 1984. The payable orders have been cashed.
These claims were the subject of Parliamentary Question No. 351 from Deputy Ivan Yates which was answered on 15 February 1984.
