Any change in the regulations governing free postage facilities would have to be considered in the context of the four different types of elections, and should be announced well in advance in order to be fair to all parties and candidates. I do not propose, therefore to consider a change in relation to free postage for the forthcoming European Assembly Election, but I would be prepared to consider changes in relation to later elections.
