The person mentioned has been paid one instalment of subsidy under the national 5 per cent interest subsidy scheme. Only participants in the reduced interest scheme for farmers in sever financial difficulty qualify for a second instalment under the 5 per cent scheme. My Department has not been notified that the person named is a participant in the reduced interest scheme.
