The application in question has been fully considered by my Department. However, the circumstances do not warrant the teacher in charge of instruction in woodwork being regarded as outside the authorised quota of teachers for the school.
I am satisfied that adequate arrangements for instruction in woodwork in the school can be made within the authorised quota of teachers.
