The file in this case was referred to my Department's inspector on 30 May 1984 for investigation and report with a view to payment of the new house grant. The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is completed and occupied and complies with all the other conditions of the grant scheme. Payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be made in due course when the applicant submits the relevant claim form duly certified and he is otherwise eligible.
