The person named applied for calf premium in respect of calves born between 16 June 1983 and 31 December 1983 and will be paid when payments begin next month for all applicants with calves born in that period.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will receive the subsidy for suckling cows, in 1981, 1982 and 1983 as they have been examined on a number of occasions.
The person named is not eligible under the EEC suckler cow premium scheme because his off-farm income exceeded his on-farm income for income tax years ended 5 April 1981, 5 April 1982 and 5 April 1983.
