My Department have advised the school authorities that as soon as satisfactory evidence of title has been furnished to the site of the proposed extension to the national school referred to by the Deputy, my Department will sanction a grant for the project. The way then will be clear for the detail design work to be undertaken, following which the question of inviting tenders can be considered. At this stage it is not possible to state when building work may commence.
