The meeting in question took place on 19 October 1984 at the offices of the County Offaly Vocational Education Committee in Tullamore. Officials of my Department did not attend the meeting which was held under the chairmanship of the County Offaly transport liaison officer.
It was arranged at the meeting that CIE would monitor the school transport service from Clonbulloge to Edenderry post primary centre to ensure that it operates in accordance with the agreed timetable.
