As the erection of the proposed new Irish speaking school at Rathcoole, County Dublin, will be a full State development, it was mandatory on the Office of Public Works to consult with the local authority under section 84 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963.
As I indicated to the Deputy in my reply to a parlimentary question on 11 December 1984, the required consultation with the local authority has taken place.
