Their superannuation schemes are operated by the Dublin Port and Docks Board in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Harbours Act, 1946. Any reorganisation of the port of Dublin affecting the constitution of the board would require amending legislation. Beyond that I am not prepared to answer a hypothetical question.
