asked the Minister for Finance if he will give details of the cost of the installation of security systems in Government Departments and any other buildings used for departmental purposes; if he is satisfied that the systems are of a suitable standard of installation and service; if the system was installed by an Irish based company and a member of the Irish Security Association; and if an equal opportunity was given to wholly-owned Irish companies to tender for all the work involved.
