My Department are at present examining three applications by the developer for felling licences in respect of 27 trees at Dorney Court, Shankill, County Dublin. While felling licences are not required in respect of 22 of the trees as they are standing within 100 feet of a building, no decision will be taken on the applications until Dublin County Council as the local planning authority have furnished their observations on amenity aspects of the proposed felling.
