(Limerick West) asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will now allocate a milk quota to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick who participated in the non-marketing of milk scheme which commenced five years ago and ended on 2 November 1985, or if he will be compensated.

There are no provisions in the Community regulations on the super levy for producers who participated in the non-marketing schemes and I am not, therefore, in a position to allocate a special quota to the person concerned.
