The pupil in question is facilitated on a school transport service which operates from Castleisland to Nano Nagle special school, Lixnaw. In addition a special car service has been authorised to provide him with transport to Castleisland each morning. In view of the additional cost which would be involved it is not open to the Department to provide this facility between Castleisland and his home in the afternoons.
