My Department recently sanctioned a grant for the proposed extension and alterations works for the school in question, and it is now arranging for the preparation of the contract documents. I am not in a position at this stage to say when the extended school may be ready for occupation. The timing of the collection of the local contribution is a matter solely within the discretion of the school authorities.
