An application for aid under the feed voucher scheme from the person concerned was initially rejected on the grounds that he had adequate fodder supplies. Following a change in the method of calculating stocks of fodder on farms in order to take account of the poorer feeding quality of hay this application was reviewed and was approved for aid under the scheme.
