asked the Minister for Labour if he will name those sectors of the public service having access to the Labour Court; and if he will list those sectors having access to both the Labour Court and the scheme of conciliation and arbitration.

(a) In the health area, officer grades viz. general nurses, paramedical and clerical grades employed directly by the Health Boards have access only to arbitration. Similar grades in voluntary hospitals have access only to the Labour Court.
