The position in regard to this application has been fully explained to the Deputy in my reply dated 24 February 1986 to earlier inquiries. The application relates to a farm which is already supplied with electricity and is therefore ineligible under the scheme approved by the EC. The application could only be reconsidered if it ceased to be ineligible.
