asked the Minister for the Environment when an inspection will be carried out in connection with an application for a house improvement grant made by a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

There is no record of the receipt in the Department of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named.

49.

asked the Minister for the Environment if an increased rate of a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

In accordance with the conditions of the scheme, the maximum grant of £3,096, being two-thirds of the approved cost of the works, has been approved.

asked the Minister for the Environment when an inspector will call to approve payment on the application for a house improvement grant of a person (details supplied) in County Meath.

Notification has issued to the applicant authorising him to proceed with the work in respect of which the application was made subject to the conditions of the grant scheme (other than the prior inspection requirement) applicable when he applied for the grant. On receipt of notification of completion of the work, an inspection with a view to payment of the grant will be carried out.

(Limerick West) asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of a grant that will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in respect of his application for a house improvement grant.

The file is with the Department's inspector at present and the applicant will be notified as soon as possible of the amount of any grant approved.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a house improvement grant will be approved for a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

There is no record of the receipt in the Department of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named.
