The person named has been paid his EC calf and suckler cow premium grants already but has not been paid grants under the 1985 beef cow scheme in disadvantaged areas as he owns less than the minimum land requirement of 7.5 acres specified in the scheme and has failed to produce evidence to satisfy my Department concerning the renting of a further 29 acres for at least five years in support of his undertaking to continue a farming activity in a disadvantaged area for that period.
