I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that registration was completed in this case on 31 March, 1987. An application for a certified copy of the new folio with a filed plan attached was received in the Land Registry on 13 April 1987 and the document was issued on 22 April 1987.
There was no undue delay in dealing with the application in question.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that registration was completed in this case on 23 April 1987. There have been long delays in the Land Registry in processing applications such as this partly because there is a backlog awaiting attention and partly because such applications are usually of a complex legal nature. There was no undue delay in this case.
