A new house grant will be paid in this case if, following an inspection, it is established that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. This inspection, by appointment, will be carried out within the next few weeks. Payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be made when the applicant submits, to the Department, the appropriate claim form duly completed and, certified by the relevant lending agency.
