Vol. 372 No. 8

Written Answers. - Rosses (Donegal) School.

133.

asked the Minister for Education the plans, if any, there are to provide a sports hall for the Rosses community school, Dungloe, County Donegal; if she will give details of extra accommodation being provided; the stage of the project at present; when it is intended that the project will go to tender; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

A physical education hall of 336 m² plus ancillary space of 138 m² has been approved for the Rosses community school, Dungloe, County Donegal and it is intended that it will be constructed to a standard plan prepared by my Department's consultants. The plan which is at present being revised to incorporate certain improvements is expected to be available shortly. When the project is ready to go to tender the case will be reviewed in the context of the capital resources available and of my Department's other commitments and priorities.
