Mr. Keating

asked the Minister for Health the total amounts with appropriate analysis and breakdown, of travelling expenses, entertainment and other incidental expenses for (a) each health board; (b) consultants; and (c) administration staff, including health board hospital and Department officials for each of the last four years.

The total amount paid in travelling expenses by the health boards in the last four years is set out the following schedule.

A detailed analysis of travelling and other incidental expenses paid by health boards is not available in the Department. This information can be supplied directly by the individual health boards.
