asked the Minister for Health if he will supply funds to members of the Haemophiliac Society in Ireland who have been diagnosed as being AIDS positive and who wish to form an all-Ireland association for the purpose of counteracting propaganda in relation to their position; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Officials of the Department of Health have been in contact with representatives of the Irish Haemophilia Society to arrange a meeting to discuss the problems resulting from HIV infection among haemophiliacs.
