I recently met the IMO and amongst other issues the review of the common contract for consultant medical staff was discussed.
I stressed that I was anxious that such a review would take place as soon as possible and I requested their agreement to participate in such a review.
To date I have not had a response from the IMO in this regard. However I am still hopeful that the review will get underway in the near future.
