I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the motor vehicle was seized by customs following an attempt by the person in question to import it irregularly without payment of the import charges due. The Commissioners are prepared to release the vehicle on the terms outlined to the person in question by letter dated 28 January, 1987.
