Reports of the Department of Social Welfare cover a period of two years. The last report issued was in respect of the years 1983 and 1984.
The report for the years 1985 and 1986 is expected to be published in about two months time.
The Department also issue an annual statistical publication which provides detailed statistics on the social welfare services. The last such publication covered the 1985 calendar year and the publication for 1986 will be available within the next few weeks.
