Information on the composition and functions of the main boards and committees established by the Industrial Development Authority are contained in their annual reports, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library.
Any proposals for the establishment of further boards or committees by the Authority are matters falling within their day to day administration. No proposals are currently before me for approval under subsection (3) of section 12 of the Industrial Development Act, 1986.
