I am not aware that many students have been prevented from entering various courses because of the late publication of the examination results as suggested by the Deputy.
The results of the examinations are issued at the earliest possible date each year. It is expected that the results of this year's leaving certificate examination will issue to schools in the week commencing 17 August.
