None of the staff of my Department employed in my departmental constituency office or in that of the Minister of State have been required to travel to, or work directly in the local constituency clinics. Occasionally my personal assistant may travel or accompany me to the constituency when I have arranged to meet individuals or deputations concerning departmental business.
