I am not aware of any unauthorised overflights by foreign military aircraft.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of occasions during the past 12 months on which permission has been granted under the Air Navigation (Foreign Military Aircraft) Order, 1952, for foreign military aircraft to fly over the State; in relation to the total number of approved flights, the nationality of the aircraft; the total number of occasions on which permission was refused; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Information regarding permission granted for overflights by foreign military aircraft in the 12 months to November 1987 is set out in the attached tabular statement. Permission for four overflights was refused during this period.
