(i) Following the proposed re-structuring of An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta (ACOT) and An Foras Talúntais the boards of these bodies will be disbanded and will be replaced by one board.
(ii) Proposals for the appointment of new members are at present being considered by the Minister.
(iii) No specific term of office for the Chairman. Members of the boards are elected by milk producers, wholesalers and retailers registered with the boards.
