The Urlee-Lacca Cross locality is located within the Ballybunion catchment area. Accordingly, under the terms of the post-primary school transport scheme, the pupil in question only qualifies for catchment boundary facilities to Listowel post-primary centre and may be allowed transport from the nearest pick-up point inside the Listowel catchment boundary. This point is at Lisselton Cross.
