The following are the details of the staff in my Department, who have accepted the terms of the public service early retirement scheme, since 1 July, 1987. Under the scheme it is not permissible to appoint persons to fill the consequential vacancies except by internal re-deployment or with the express sanction of the Minister for Finance.
