Sketch plans and cost estimates have been prepared for the proposed extension to Moycarkey national school, County Tipperary. Because, however, of the pressure on the capital available to my Department for the national schools building programme I am not in a position to provide an allocation for the project in 1988 or to advance further its architectural planning.
