The fee income generated by the innovation centre in 1987 was £140,000 which was an increase of £1,000 over the 1986 level. The reply given to a similar question on 27 January 1988, which listed the centre's income as £137,500, was based on the provisional outturn for the year, which was the most up to date information available at the time. The variation between the 1986 and 1987 fee income is insignificant.
