My Department has recently executed the contract in respect of the purchase of a site at Bishopstown for Gael Scoil Uí Riada. The deed and the agreed deposit have been sent to the Chief State Solicitor for early transmission to the vendors' solicitors.
There was no undue delay in this case apart from the time necessarily involved in dealing with transactions of this nature.
