This offender is serving a 20 year sentence in Portlaoise Prison. Allowing for the normal remission he is due for release on 20 July 1991.
I am not prepared to authorise this offender's transfer to another institution at this time nor am I prepared to authorise his release from custody. His case will be kept under review and I will advise the Deputy of any change in the position.
